These terms govern your use of the Verity website and services provided by Verity Partners Ltd.

1. Services

Verity provides company formation, compliance tracking, bookkeeping, and related services for UK companies. Service scope is defined at the point of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payment

Fees are as stated at checkout. Launch is a one-time fee. Run is a recurring monthly subscription, cancellable at any time.

4. Limitation of liability

Verity's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
